With more than 40 years of experience across healthcare, finance, technology, and marketing, Cindy Davis is the founder of Next Level Consulting, a boutique strategy and communications firm specializing in aging-focused businesses. She’s advised providers, insurers, senior living communities, and entrepreneurs on how to grow revenue, engage families, and deliver value in an increasingly complex care landscape.

Cindy’s passion for elder care began long before it became her business. After caring for both parents through decades of chronic illness and end-of-life challenges, she saw how overwhelming and unclear the caregiving journey can be—especially for families with no road map. That experience shaped her mission to translate complexity into clarity.

The result is GeriScope—an elderly and family caregiving and end-of-life community platform inspired by the structure and spirit of What to Expect When You’re Expecting, but for the last chapters of life. GeriScope combines expert guidance, family-informed tools, and plainspoken resources to help organizations better connect with the elderly and the loved ones who support them every day.
